Delivery Information

Estimated delivery times within Australia are currently approximately 2 to 8 working days for Standard Rate delivery. Lounges and Steam Shower Room please allow 14-21 working days to deliver for outside Sydney Metro.

Your orders will be delivered by Courier service during normal business hours. Extra Large Parcel will be delivery by Furniture Removalist. Upon delivery the goods must be signed for, if there is no one at the location at the time of delivery, re-schedule will be arranged for the delivery. (Charges apply extra $60.00)

Actual delivery fees will be confirmed with quotation sent.


Availability of Stock/Backorders

Whilst it is our objective to hold all advertised items in stock we are not under obligation to do so. Additionally some products may be temporarily unavailable. We will inform you if we foresee a problem with your order.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax

All items are ready to assemble.

Props & accessories shown in the website are not included. The product photo images included on this site are to provide a guide only. Lighting conditions when the items were photographed varies considerably and may result in images that are not truth color, individual computer display setting may also affect the color of images being viewed. Therefore we do not accept responsibility if there is a difference of the color of the products compare to the photos on this site.

Refund / Return Policy
Perfection Furniture endeavors to supply the highest quality goods and service. The products can be exchanged before they are dispatched. We only accept exchange after delivery in exceptional circumstances. We do not accept refund due to change of mind. When returning goods remember to include the following:
  • Your address
  • Original invoice
  • Full card details for the card used at purchase Original packaging container (if supplied) Additionally, the following conditions apply:

Item / items returned must be in the condition it / they was / were sent out and should not have been used or worn. Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery, as: Perfection Furniture Pty Ltd cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Return postage cost is not reimbursed once goods have been received, a refund or product exchange will be issued Refunds after 7 days are at the sole discretion of Perfection Furniture Pty Ltd.

Loose parts must not have been removed from their sealed shipping capsule; the seal MUST NOT have been opened, or have been tampered with. Any Loose Parts returned where the capsule has been opened, damaged, or tampered with in any way WILL NOT be subject of return or exchange.

Products Warranty

Our products are covered by 12 months warranty for faulty workmanship or manufacturing faults except timber parts due to weather affective. The warranty is null and void if the items are used outside the parameters that they are specifically designed for or have endured misuse by the customer as determined by Perfection Furniture.

Warranty is not transferable. Customers are responsible for retaining invoices for warranty purposes. Invoices must be original copies and show date of purchase.

Your warranty is a back to base "REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY". Perfection Furniture will decide on the appropriate action to take with faulty items.

Warranty is void under the following circumstances: misuse, damage occurred during transit after initial delivery or storage, and when there has been an attempt to modify or repair the item by a non-authorised person/agent, and but not limited to normal wear and tear.

Disclaimer

While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item(s) details are unintentional.

Perfection Furniture shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third party involvement, which includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by bank administration, carriers used for delivery purposes or website/email hosting services used by our company.

Perfection Furniture or its agents shall not under any circumstances be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or related to the use, or the inability to use the goods advertised on our website, whether goods are defective, malfunctioning or incorrectly used. This limitation of liability includes but is not limited to incidental, special or consequential damages, damages for loss of business or other profits or damages relating to an "Act of God".

We reserve the right to change or add any material relating to our products without prior notice.
